建築物坐落高雄港邊，屬於複合性使用，有很好的水阜景觀條件，設計的思考以大面開窗做為對環境的對應，期待住宅與事務所的結合能夠增加建築物的高度以眺望港阜的美景做為生活的一部分。
二層樓全區作為事務所使用，利用東向車庫頂板的覆土種植了長達16米的綠化庭園，除了豐富事務所空間使用更提供建築物在住家樓層因為開窗而產生與南向較為潮濕海風的一個空氣對流空間。因為清水模的大量使用而減少了室內裝修的繁複性，豐富的藏書以大面書牆界定了公領域與小辦公室。整體辦公家具的擺位以中島櫃台做為出發延伸出所有的工作站區，大面積開窗提供了事務所很好的採光及通風性，工作區桌面上方設置吊燈及桌燈的使用，提供了充足的工作空間使用光源，通道並未設置多餘的光源，增加工作人員的安定感受並豐富了整體辦公空間的氛圍。
Description
The building is located on the edge of the Kaohsiung Port, it has a wide variety of uses and combines a residential and office space. With an excellent view of the harbor, the design is based on the fact that the large windows are used as counterparts to the environment. Due to its height, visitors and staff are able to overlook the harbor and all the excitement of port life.
The second floor of the entire building is used as an office, and a 16-meter green garden was planted on the cover of the east-facing garage roof. The firm's design limits the need for complex interior decorations allowing the inhabitants to enjoy simplicity. An extensive collection of books defines the public space large-faced book walls. The overall office layout includes a workstation area with ample space to give employees room to work. The large window area provides outstanding lighting and ventilation in the office. The use of overhead lighting and table lamps above the desk area provide sufficient luminescence. The lighting in the work space was carefully calculated so there are no redundant light sources, which increases the staff's feelings of stability and enriches the atmosphere of the overall office space.
